About Community Health Centers of America
CHCA is dedicated to providing dependable, affordable, and compassionate healthcare services in regions that are historically underserved. We believe our commitment to underserved regions will attract providers who want to partner with us in our quest to impact the overall health of entire communities.
Community Health Centers of America opened its first clinic in rural Mariposa County, home to majestic Yosemite National Park. CHCA operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (Look-Alike), a designation obtained from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in January 2021. CHCA has opened additional clinics in Livingston and Gustine, two agriculture-based communities in the heart of California’s Central Valley. Our goal is to make CHCA synonymous with dependable and affordable healthcare services – especially within underserved communities. To help accomplish this goal, CHCA accepts all forms of insurance, and if patients cannot afford services, CHCA will assist with a sliding-discount program based on their income. Our motto is building healthy communities today… and every day.

Who We Are
Community Health Centers of America began its journey in 2019 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the underserved sectors of our community. We provide low-income families in Mariposa County and the Central Valley with high-quality and affordable medical care.
Having a positive impact in the community, Community Health Centers of America was granted the Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) status by the US Department of Health and Human Services in January 2021.
Community Health Centers of America accepts all insurance plans. If the patient is uninsured, CHCA will assist them through sliding discount programs based on income and eligibility requirements. Our motto is to provide health care and make sure no patient is refused service for their inability to pay.
In less than two years, we were able to expand our footprint. We currently have three clinics in the Central Valley. We are serving Mariposa, Livingston, and Gustine. We are committed to providing affordable health care and serving the underserved areas in our community.
